Entry-level Customer Service Assistant

About the Role We are looking for a friendly and motivated Entry-level Customer Service Assistant to support customer interactions across marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain hands-on experience in customer service, marketing, and brand representation within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service during marketing campaigns and promotions • Engage with customers to answer questions and communicate brand messaging • Represent client brands in a professional and positive manner • Assist with customer enquiries, feedback, and follow-bolthires • Support events, brand activations, and customer-facing initiatives • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions where required • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals • Provide administrative and operational support as needed What We’re Looking For: • A positive, friendly, and professional attitude • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges • Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated • No previous experience required, full training provided
