Plaintiff Attorney Remote

You will: • Manage settlement process for Fire Practice cases • Draft/review settlement agreements, releases, and minor's compromises • Ensure compliance with state laws and court procedures • Oversee disbursement and fulfillment of settlement terms • Conduct legal research for negotiations and compliance • Communicate empathetically with clients about timelines and updates • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on process improvements • Opportunity to advance into a leadership role

Qualifications: • JD from an ABA-accredited law school • Active California Bar license • 5+ years litigation experience (PI preferred; plaintiff-side ideal) • Management experience a plus • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Tech-savvy: bolthires Office, Adobe, E-Discovery tools (ShareFile, PACER, Filevine, Everlaw, etc.) • Must reside and practice in California All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
