The Corporate FP&A Analyst will assist in driving the organization’s financial and operational performance by focusing on analyzing and interpreting financial data to drive decision-making and support business growth.
By using financial data and information in financial modeling, the Corporate FP&A Analyst will work closely with different departments to provide insights that align with company objectives and operational strategies. Additionally, the FP&A Analyst must understand and assist with our accounting and tax functions as necessary
Essential Functions / Job
Responsibilities: • Forecasting and Planning: Support the corporate forecasting process that aligns strategic initiatives with actionable plans and profitability targets.
Partner with business leaders in preparing quarterly forecast or annual budget projections. • Reporting: Prepare monthly internal reporting packs that support business leaders’ understanding of the financial performance of their departments. Assist departments with ad-hoc reporting or analysis needs • Performance Monitoring: Track actual financial and operational performance against budget or forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize FP&A processes and workflows, to increase productivity, reduce costs.

Skills or Experience Required: • Proficiency in bolthires Office is required. Familiarity with Accounting ERPs (Sage Intaact) a plus, as well as data visualization tools such as Power BI • Acute attention to detail and well organized • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven insights • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • The ability to meet time sensitive reporting dates • Proven ability to solve problems creatively using financial information Supervisory Responsibility:
