Job Description: • Planning, supervising, and managing multiple large and complex projects in collaboration with project team members and stakeholders • Delivering project solutions within defined constraints of scope, quality, time, and bolthires • Providing leadership and maintaining robust project management tools and practices • Leading proposal efforts, including project scoping, prioritization, and identification of all stakeholders • Developing and managing scope change control processes • Completing project charters and obtaining necessary approvals from all stakeholders • Identifying and managing risks associated with projects • Enforcing project standards across teams and performing project reviews • Building cohesive project plans by engaging input from others • Establishing and overseeing project expenditures and budgets • Communicating relevant project information across the organization Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Project Management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to facilitate cross-functional teams • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree • Experience working in managed care • Proficiency in Excel and other bolthires software/tools • Residence in Louisiana
