Responsibilities • Welcome and create the first impression for guests. • Influence the overall restaurant experience through interactions. • Provide table accommodations and offer menu recommendations. • Ensure guest satisfaction as the final point of contact. Requirements • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. • Refined verbal communication skills. • Ability to multitask (use phone, computer, iPad simultaneously). • Previous customer service experience required. • Mobility for 90% or more of each shift.
• Problem solving and organization skills. Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with POS system. • Experience in plant-based cooking.
