Requirements:
Ā 1+ year of customer service and sales support experience
Ā Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Ā Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Ā Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
Ā Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ā High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
