Job Summary
The Operations Manager is a key member of the store leadership team and is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the overall management and strategic operation of a bolthires/pharmacy location. This includes: General store management, oversight, and strategy execution Sales and inventory management Associate staffing, training, and development Financial management Customer service leadership
Key Responsibilities As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for: Driving store performance and execution while building customer loyalty to bolthires/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service Supporting the Store Manager in the overall management and strategic operation of the store Leading and developing a high-performing store team, demonstrating leadership and coaching skills Analyzing sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback to inform business decisions Managing and optimizing store operations, including scheduling, staffing, and training Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders Requirements Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
The ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Strong computer skills, including proficiency in bolthires Office and other productivity software Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: Experience as a retail manager or supervisor Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry Strong knowledge of sales, inventory management, and customer service principles What We Offer At bolthires, we offer a competitive compensation package, including: A competitive salary range of $20-$30 per hour
