Key Responsibilities
ย Deliver engaging and effective virtual instruction tailored to students with special needs.
ย Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support each studentยs learning and development.
ย Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other educators to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
ย Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure success.
Qualifications
ย Bachelor's degree in Education or Special Education (required).
ย Master's degree in Special Education or related field (preferred).
ย State of Illinois Teaching Certification (PEL) is a must.
ย Experience in a virtual teaching environment is a plus, but not required.
ย Strong communication and organizational skills.
ย Passion for working with students with special needs and helping them succeed.
Requirements
ย Ability to work as an independent contractor.
ย Reliable home computer with high-speed internet access.
ย Successful completion of a basic technical screening.
