Job Description
Alira Behavioral Health is a virtual women’s mental health practice providing psychiatric care and therapy across multiple U.S. states. Phase 1 (intake/referral cleanup and link corrections) is complete. We are now moving into Phase 2, which focuses on conversion readiness and state expansion. This is a one-time build project, not an ongoing agency engagement. We are looking for a strong WordPress freelancer (not a monthly agency) who can execute cleanly, respect scope, and deliver within a defined timeline.
Phase 2 Scope of Work 1. Funnel & Conversion Flow Implement a clear funnel: Homepage / Mobile CTA → Screening Quiz → Pre-Screen Questionnaire Add a mobile-visible “Get Started” CTA Must be visible on mobile without opening the menu Desktop layout should remain clean and unchanged Ensure all CTAs route consistently into the same funnel entry point 2. Screening Quiz (HIPAA-Conscious) Build a short screening quiz (PHQ-9 / GAD-7 style or logic-based) Redirect-only logic No PHI stored on WordPress Quiz outcomes route users to: Pre-Screen Questionnaire Educational guidance if not a fit Crisis resources if indicated Mobile-first, clean UI 3.
