About Us

Our Return Assets Division helps individuals and families recover unclaimed property held by state agencies. With a focus on accuracy, compliance, and exceptional client service, our team processes high-value claims from intake through payout. What You’ll Do As a Legal Assistant in our Return Assets Division, you will: β€’ Manage each claim from initial intake through closing, ensuring timely progress and client satisfaction β€’ Review, validate, and enter claimant and case information into our CRM system β€’ Analyze case data to determine eligibility and develop the optimal recovery strategy β€’ Prepare and submit complete documentation to state agencies on behalf of claimants β€’ Communicate proactively with clients, via phone, email, or text, to provide status updates and gather missing information β€’ Monitor active claims, identify roadblocks, and recommend solutions to advance each case β€’ Generate regular reports on claim volume, success rates, and operational metrics β€’ Maintain detailed case notes to ensure full transparency and audit readiness β€’ Help refine internal processes and best practices through trend analysis and workflow improvements β€’ Stay up to date on unclaimed property regulations, industry trends, and professional development opportunities What We’re Looking For β€’ 2+ years of experience in claim processing, legal documentation, financial services, or investigative research β€’ Strong analytical mindset with excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills β€’ Outstanding verbal and written communication; comfortable handling sensitive client conversations β€’ Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy β€’ Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and bolthires Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) β€’ Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines β€’ Proactive attitude with a drive to suggest improvements and take ownership of results Hours & Pay We are looking for someone to work 10-20 hours per week.

This could turn into a full-time role for the right candidate. Pay is based on experience, and falls between $25 to $40 per hour.
