Job Description
The Pharmacy Quality Assurance (QA) Technician will be responsible for performing and/or overseeing tasks such as monthly cleaning, training, personnel and environmental testing, conducting audits, data trending and analytics for all Baptist Healthcare facilities. Estimated pay range for this position is $25.74 - $33.46 / hour depending on experience. Degrees: • High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper. Licenses & Certifications: • Registered Pharmacy Technician. • PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician. Additional
Qualifications: • Sterile compounding experience is required.
• Maintains PTCB certification. • The ability and willingness to change direction and focus to meet shifting organizational and business demands. • Self-starter with good work ethic and ability to work independently and use good judgment, or as a contributing member of a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to analyze details and perform structured decision-making.
