I’m looking for a hands-on technical business analyst who can take specific problems I give you, map how we currently do things, design a leaner process, and then actually build the solution using the tools we already use (or better ones if they truly improve efficiency). We move fast and need someone who works the same way. No theory. No endless meetings. Just clear problems → clean solutions. You’ll help with things like: Job costing & profitability (estimated vs actual) Material price tracking from supplier PDFs CRM cleanup and workflow automation in JobNimbus Lead tracking & call attribution through Simplii Removing repetitive work and tightening processes Building simple reporting that gives us real visibility I’m open to better tools if they save time, money, or reduce complexity long-term.
