Senior Global Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, define product positioning, and drive go-to-market strategies for their enterprise solutions. Responsibilities β’ Define product positioning and value propositions for Centric PLM and adjacent solutions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and differentiation across industries and regions β’ Develop, own, and evolve messaging frameworks and proof points that connect product capabilities to tangible business outcomes β’ Partner with Product Management to translate market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations that inform roadmap priorities β’ Coordinate go-to-market and product launches, ensuring seamless collaboration between Product, Sales, and Marketing to maximize global impact β’ Create and execute global campaigns with Regional Marketing to drive awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth across key market segments β’ Lead Analyst Relations activities β including briefings, inquiries, and RFIs β to ensure Centricβs solutions are accurately represented in key industry benchmarks and reports β’ Develop customer testimonials, case studies, and proof points to strengthen product messaging and support global campaigns β’ Leverage strong content creation and storytelling skills to produce compelling materials across diverse channels and audiences β’ Create and manage enablement assets β including product decks, playbooks, and competitive battlecards β to empower Sales and Marketing teams from demand generation to deal closure β’ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure unified product messaging across all channels, from digital to events to customer communications β’ Act as an internal ambassador for product value storytelling, helping teams across the organization articulate Centricβs differentiators clearly β’ Monitor and analyze performance metrics related to conversion rates, win rates, and marketing-generated pipeline to refine GTM strategies and demonstrate measurable impact β’ Provide insights and recommendations to improve messaging effectiveness and go-to-market performance across markets Skills β’ A strategic, results-oriented product marketer with 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software, ideally within retail and consumer goods industries β’ Proven in developing go-to-market strategies and messaging for PLM platforms β’ Deeply familiar with retail and product development lifecycles, from concept to shelf β’ Skilled at aligning Product, Marketing, and Sales in complex, multi-regional organizations β’ Adept at translating technical capabilities into compelling business narratives for executive and operational audiences β’ Excellent at content creation β including thought leadership, sales collateral, and digital marketing assets β’ A strong communicator with exceptional presentation and storytelling abilities β’ Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment β’ Autonomous and able to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills β’ Fun, collaborative, and full of team spirit β dynamic, creative, and curious about how technology can solve real-world challenges β’ Fluent in English; a second language (French, Italian, German, or Spanish) is preferred Benefits β’ Bonus and Benefits Annual Company Overview β’ #1 PLM, Planning, Pricing and Inventory, Market Intelligence, Visual Boards for consumer goods businesses.
