About the position Responsibilities • Perform complex statistical analysis and utilize mining, modeling, and testing techniques to enable data analysis. • Make recommendations to improve data and analytics systems and platforms, contributing to the continuous improvement and refinement of data and analytics strategy. • Oversee data collection mechanisms and how they fit into data architecture, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and accuracy. • Conduct research using primary data sources, and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
• Collect business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of bolthires user roles and goals. • Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports. • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. Requirements • More than five (5) years of relevant Business Intelligence or dashboard development experience is highly preferred. • More than Two (2) years of Qlik Sense experience is highly preferred. • Background in contact center or call-center reporting is a plus. • Works independently and provides guidance and training to others on analyzing data trends for use in reports to help guide decision making.
