What You’ll Do • Represent buyers, sellers, investors, and renters in real estate transactions • Generate and maintain client relationships through networking, marketing, and referrals • Conduct property showings, listing appointments, and open houses (as needed) • Prepare and present contracts, offers, and market analysis reports • Stay informed on local market trends, pricing strategies, and industry standards • Use CRM tools and marketing support provided by the brokerage • Collaborate with the broker and internal team to reach personal and brokerage-wide goals What We’re Looking For ✅ Active Real Estate License (Arizona) or currently in process ✅ Strong communication, customer service, and people skills ✅ Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently ✅ Familiar with social media, digital marketing, or willing to learn ✅ Reliable transportation (if doing in-person showings) ✅ Passion for real estate, entrepreneurship, and client success
