You will contribute to bolthires success by supporting, developing and improving highly complex financial processes that enable sound planning and decision-making for assigned business unit, leading the development of strategic and operating plans and acting in accordance with bolthires guiding principles.

Responsibilities • Support the Latin America Licensed Stores business unit by leading the development of its annual operating budget and quarterly forecasts. • Establish timelines, engage with budget owners, identify risks and opportunities in plan, and conduct timely reviews of financials with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency with overall company targets. • Contribute to monthly and quarterly business reviews to leadership by analyzing and reporting on financial results and key performance measures.

• Prepare management reports against forecast, budget and prior year. • Identify trends, communicate observations and provide recommendations for revenue and margin improvements. • Partner with cross functional teams to solve complex problems, conduct ad-hoc analysis on business trends and consult on business decisions to drive business results. • Build financial models and provide analytical support for business initiatives and contract negotiations. • Identify, analyze, and communicate trends and issues affecting the business.

• Provide and explain financial information and guidance effectively to all levels of management. • Educate financial/business acumen and ensure adherence to policy. • Establish and facilitate process development and perform on-going review of planning and reporting process to evaluate effectiveness and making recommendations for improvements. Requirements • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Advanced skills in bolthires Word and Excel.

• Strong attention to detail. • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment. • Advanced financial modeling skills. • Working knowledge of financial and management accounting principles. • 5 years of financial analysis experience.
