Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage - Opportunity for professional development and tuition reimbursement - Work for an award-winning company recognized for employee engagement and culture What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and deliver tailored Division 8 specifications, including hardware sets and master specifications - Act as the primary contact for assigned architecture firms, providing specification support and consultation - Collaborate across related specification sections to ensure effective project design - Manage specification projects from inception to quote, tracking progress and maintaining CRM data - Review distributor submittals and shop drawings, ensuring compliance and optimal product application What is Required (Qualifications): - High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred - 3–10 years of experience in the door hardware or architectural industry - Solid understanding of mechanical and electronic door hardware solutions - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in Excel and Bluebeam; experience with CAD and Revit is beneficial How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - CDT credential preferred; progress toward AHC certification is strongly encouraged - Ability to travel up to 25% within assigned territory; overnights up to 10% - Familiarity with CRM platforms and specification writing tools - Effective project management and collaboration skills #SecuritySolutions #ArchitecturalConsulting #
