About the position

This role involves providing administrative support within the marketing team, managing and organizing logistics for tradeshows and events throughout the year. The position requires managing all inventory for DJ equipment, which may include driving to a warehouse to pick up equipment. A keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential. Scheduling will be conducted using Asana. Responsibilities • Manage and organize logistics for tradeshows and events year-round.

• Oversee and manage inventory for DJ equipment set up at each event. • Drive to warehouse to pick up equipment as needed. • Schedule events and coordinate tasks using Asana. Requirements • Proficiency in bolthires Excel. • Experience in managing inventory. • Strong administrative skills. • Bachelor's degree. Nice-to-haves • Previous experience in event planning is beneficial. • Strong planning and organizational skills.
