Chief Compliance Officer-Strong Compliance/FinTech Background Location:
Remote Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract Consultant We’re SQN Global, a rapidly growing financial services consultancy seeking a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) Consultant preferably with strong experience in FinTech to lead our compliance strategy and safeguard our client organization’s integrity. This is a high-impact role for a professional with deep regulatory expertise and the ability to influence at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities · Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive compliance policies and procedures • Act as the primary liaison with regulators, confidently managing inquiries and examinations • Partner with executive management to advise on compliance risks and strategic initiatives • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and industry • Ensure adherence to securities regulations and evolving industry standards • Lead compliance training and awareness programs across the organization Qualifications • 10–15 years of progressive compliance experience in financial services or Fintech • Multiple securities licenses required, including FINRA Series 24 and clean licenses • Proven expertise in regulatory frameworks, risk management, and governance • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Demonstrated success in managing regulatory inquiries and examinations • Broad general compliance experience with a track record of executive-level collaboration What We Offer • Opportunity to shape compliance strategy in a cutting-edge Fintech environment • Direct collaboration with visionary executives and industry leaders • Competitive executive compensation package with comprehensive benefits • A culture of innovation, integrity, and impact Please carefully read the qualifications for this role, if not Fintech, than your compliance, retail, brokerage operations background, tech skills with electronic trading platforms must be extremely strong to even be considered.
