We are Crudo Leather Craft (crudo-leather.com) which is a premium, artisan-led brand specializing in bespoke Italian leather accessories. We serve a global audience that values craftsmanship, storytelling, and the unique ability to "co-design" their products through our custom online interface. I recognize that our digital "workshop"—our WooCommerce website—needs that same level of mastery. I’m not looking for a one-time freelancer to run a checklist; I’m looking for a CRO expert who truly cares about the user journey and the soul of a premium brand.
The Challenge:
Our products are highly personal. We have a unique "Add to Cart and Design" flow where customers co-create their items. This is a beautiful process, but it is also a complex one. We need someone to help us ensure that this digital experience is as seamless and premium as the products we ship. Our Two-Stage Collaboration: Stage 1:
The Honest Audit I want to start with a deep, data-driven look at our reality. I will provide you with full access to our GA4, Meta, and CMS data. I’m looking for your sincere, unfiltered analysis of where we are losing our customers’ trust or interest, and a prioritized roadmap of how to fix it.
Stage 2: Execution & A/B Testing If we find that we work well together and your audit resonates with our brand values, I want to move into a second stage of implementation. We will test our hypotheses, refine our design panel, and optimize our checkout for our global audience. Who I Am Looking For: Someone who understands WooCommerce deeply but also understands Human Psychology. An expert who values sincerity and quality over "growth hacks." Someone who can look at a data point and see the human story behind it.
