Job Description: • Supports the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of consumer banking deposits • Regular production of KPIs, dashboarding and reporting showing historical performance • Assist in the execution of tools and processes for analyzing client balance flows • Curate research to support pricing/product changes based on client needs • Coordinate with Consumer Product Management team for competitive positioning • Perform adhoc analysis to support business needs • Accountable for compliance with regulatory and compliance policies Requirements: • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • 4+ Years within Banking/Financial Services industry • Experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and preparing analytical reports • Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) (Finance, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics) (preferred) • Experience with Analysis, Product management, Pricing • Proficient in MS Suite with extensive experience in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and mathematical skills, and sound judgment • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
