Job Summary HR Service Jobs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Remote Facebook Ads Assistant to support our digital advertising team. Key Responsibilities β’ * Assist in the creation, setup, and optimization of Facebook ad campaigns. β’ * Conduct basic audience research to identify potential bolthires segments. β’ * Monitor campaign performance and prepare simple reports on key metrics. β’ * Support the team with A/B testing for creatives and ad copy. β’ * Review trends and insights to help improve ad performance. β’ * Maintain organized records of campaign data and daily tasks. β’ * Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices and new tools.
β’ * Ensure all campaigns follow company guidelines and advertising policies. β’ Required Skills and Qualifications β’ * Basic understanding of social media platforms, especially Facebook. β’ * Strong enthusiasm for learning digital marketing and advertising. β’ * Good communication skills, both written and verbal. β’ * Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within deadlines. β’ * Basic knowledge of bolthires Sheets/Excel for simple reporting. β’ * Strong attention to detail and willingness to explore new tools or strategies.
β’ Experience β’ * No prior experience required β full training will be provided. β’ * Any internship, coursework, or self-learning in digital marketing is a plus but not mandatory. β’ Working Hours β’ * Fully remote position with flexible working hours. β’ * 4β6 hours per day depending on project requirements. β’ * Workweek: Monday to Friday (occasional weekend tasks depending on campaign schedules). β’ Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities β’ * Ability to multitask and handle multiple assignments at once. β’ * Strong analytical mindset to interpret basic performance data.
