Job Description
We are looking for a HubSpot expert to help transition our CRM and marketing operations into a clean, automated, and scalable system. You’ll work directly with marketing leadership to audit our existing setup, clean up data, streamline workflows, and implement lead scoring and reporting. This role is hands-on and focused on execution — ideal for someone confident building automation, defining lifecycle logic, and tightening data hygiene inside HubSpot. Responsibilities Audit and clean up the current HubSpot environment, including contacts, companies, tasks, and outdated workflows Rebuild lifecycle stages and automation to align with sales and marketing goals Set up lead scoring Build workflows that automatically update lifecycle stages and notify the right team members Configure dashboards for funnel visibility by sequence, lifecycle stage, and lead source Manage data imports and ensure contact ownership and deduplication rules are consistent Document workflow logic and process for long-term system maintenance Requirements Proven experience managing and building inside HubSpot CRM (not just using it as an end user) Strong understanding of workflows, properties, lifecycle stages, and automation best practices Experience setting up lead scoring and MQL-to-SQL handoff logic Familiar with CRM data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting Able to troubleshoot workflow issues and recommend scalable solutions Comfortable collaborating directly with leadership and documenting improvements Preferred: experience with B2B or eCommerce sales cycles Apply tot his job
