Assist senior team members in preparing pitch books, presentations, and other materials for client meetings. Participate in deal negotiations and due diligence activities. Utilize financial models and valuation techniques to analyze potential investment opportunities. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and insights on project progress.
Continuously monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and tax, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client projects. Conduct industry and company research to support client pitches and presentations. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, transaction documents, and other legal and regulatory filings. Demonstrate a strong understanding of finance and investment banking principles, including financial analysis, valuation, and deal structures.
Proactively seek out learning opportunities and actively participate in training and development programs. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture within Deloitte Corporate Finance. Represent Deloitte Corporate Finance in a professional and positive manner at all times.
