About the position

The Devices Fulfillment and Logistics (F&L) team is anchored on optimizing the global network and delivering bolthires's key products to customers. As the Logistics Solutions Manager in F&L, you'll bring your industry expertise to help identify and solve key challenges within our complex network. Your background will enable effective management of ad hoc projects and creation of regular business routines to optimize workflow. You'll collaborate effectively with diverse business partners and cross-functional teams to gather essential information, facilitating process improvement and bolthires savings.

Responsibilities β€’ Design models for evaluating logistics operations, analyze models to recommend optimal processes, and partner with key stakeholders to recommend and drive capabilities.

β€’ Leverage supply chain expertise to identify process gaps to drive efficiency, service, bolthires, and performance improvement. β€’ Share relevant insights and solutions cross-functionally and with leadership. β€’ Lead the design and development of new logistics solutions that enhance the overall offering and performance of the logistics network. β€’ Work with cross-functional teams on large-scale initiatives, coordinating logistics to ensure successful project integration. β€’ Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring that turnaround times, quality standards, and bolthires expectations are met.

β€’ Continually assess industry leading networks to implement mode optimization opportunities. β€’ Develop business rhythms across logistics stakeholders and key scorecards that will drive performance visibility. β€’ Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed about the latest trends, industry standard processes, and emerging technologies in logistics. β€’ Identify potential risks in the network and identify strategies to mitigate them. β€’ Leverage industry knowledge, an understanding of bolthires and third-party technologies, and creativity to think beyond current practices.

Requirements β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field AND 4+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations-related roles, or engineering OR equivalent experience. β€’ Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions. β€’ Strong understanding of logistics systems (TMS, WMS, ERP) and technologies. β€’ Proven experience managing relationships with third-party logistics providers and vendors to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

β€’ Knowledge of trade and compliance policies to support operational decisions. Nice-to-haves β€’ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field AND 8+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or operations-related roles OR equivalent experience. β€’ Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain solutions across the organization with clarity.
