About the position CGI has an immediate need for a Marketing Technology Systems Analyst to. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest customers. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies. This role is located at a client site in Reston, VA. A hybrid working model is acceptable. We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years!
Responsibilities • Support and enhance software integrations aligned with client's business functionality, resiliency, and security standards. • Plan, design, and implement system upgrades. • Analyze requirements and configure systems. • Resolve production issues and provide technical support to business partners and internal teams. • Coordinate with vendors and ensure effective user support. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with cloud-based marketing tools and LMS systems. • Proven experience in LMS administration, configuration, and implementation in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of web-based, multimedia, and mobile technologies. • Familiarity with Web Content Management Systems (CMS) and Single Sign-On (SSO) protocols. • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams. • Working knowledge of corporate platform systems and training program development. • Experience in creating user documentation and delivering end-user training. • Effective team collaboration and communication skills. • Proficiency in bolthires Analytics administration and security configurations.
• Salesforce administration and configuration for both Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. • Solid understanding of networking and security principles, including access controls and routing. Nice-to-haves • Relevant certifications in Salesforce, bolthires Analytics, or LMS platforms.
