About the role COUNTRY Trust Bank’s Investment Services division is seeking a Firm Operations Administrator to join a team that is central to the integrity and efficiency of our investment securities operations.
This professional-level opportunity offers exposure to custody, vendor management, and financial reporting - providing a strong foundation for career advancement within COUNTRY Financial. How does this role make an impact? • Oversees securities operations duties for investment custody, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. • Provides consultative support to internal clients and collaborates with vendors on custody and tax processing. • Directs the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements.
• Analyzes and prepares statutory accounts and financial reports, supports forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Do you have what we're looking for? -Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred -Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy -Familiarity with investment securities or financial reporting -Proficiency in Excel and financial systems -Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners Base Pay Range: $54,000-$74,250
The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired.
Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience. Incentive Pay: In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan. Why work with us? Individuals residing within 50 miles of our Bloomington, IL corporate office location are expected to work a hybrid work schedule. For most roles our hybrid work model consists of 2 days per week remote and 3 days per week in the office.
