The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sendcloud is a leading shipping solution provider aiming to automate shipping processes for e-commerce. The Customer Support Consultant will assist and inform B2B customers, helping them to independently make the right decisions regarding their shipments while ensuring professional support through various communication channels. Responsibilities • Help and inform customers to make the right decisions themselves • Support B2B customer group in a professional way and come up with solutions where necessary • Handle inbound calls, chats, and tickets via the Zendesk system • Answer questions about software, shipments, and other customer issues Skills • Customer Support is totally your thing: you are a good listener and you like to help, advise and find solutions • Your communication skills are • Multitasking is your second nature and you have a pro-active and commercial mindset • You want to grow along with Sendcloud and are available full-time (40 hours/week) - your working day starts at 14:30 PM and ends around 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday) • You are based in the Netherlands • Fluent in a second language such as: Dutch/Spanish/French/Italian/German • Previous experience in Customer Support • Knowledge of online products / e-commerce and/or SaaS (Software as a Service) Benefits • Work within a vibrant, evolving, young and International company certified Great Place to Work!
