Key Responsibilities Provide top-tier support to bolthires customers via phone, email, or chat Assist with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and technical questions Input and manage order and customer data with high accuracy Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions Follow security and privacy policies when handling customer information Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced virtual environment Basic computer skills and reliable high-speed internet Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
