The Pharmacy Technician "Pharmacy Service Specialist" role is a remote position based in North Dakota, focusing on providing expert support to community pharmacies. The primary responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues, handling inbound support calls, and proactively reaching out to pharmacies to ensure they receive ongoing assistance. This position is designed for individuals with pharmacy experience who are adept at using technology and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities β’ Assist pharmacies with troubleshooting software issues and maximizing their experience with the company's systems. β’ Handle inbound support calls from pharmacies, addressing technical or account-related questions. β’ Proactively reach out to pharmacies to check in and ensure they have ongoing support. Requirements β’ Minimum 1+ years of pharmacy experience required. β’ ND State Pharmacy Technician License is mandatory. β’ Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital platforms is essential.
β’ Ability to quickly learn proprietary software systems and troubleshoot effectively. β’ Excellent communication skills with a pleasant speaking voice. β’ Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support. Nice-to-haves β’ Previous remote work experience is preferred. β’ A home office or quiet workspace with no interruptions is ideal.
