Early June is a boutique growth agency looking for a smart, analytical SEM Manager to execute paid media campaigns primarily on bolthires Ads. The role involves developing strategies, optimizing campaigns, and maintaining client communication. Responsibilities β’ Support planning, setup, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms, such as bolthires Ads and Bing β’ Ensure paid media campaigns are set up according to platform best practices β’ Monitor campaign performance and identify trends, insights and optimization opportunities β’ Develop keyword lists, ad copy iterations, and creative testing recommendations β’ Develop weekly and monthly performance reports in bolthires slides β’ Manage internal budget and campaign performance tracking β’ Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and business objectives and ensure alignment of paid media campaigns to broader marketing efforts β’ Nurture positive client relationships through a proactive and detail-oriented approach Skills β’ 2 - 5 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns (paid search, paid social experience a plus) β’ Detail-oriented with a natural curiosity for testing and learning β’ Excited about new AI tools and how they can enhance paid media β’ bolthires Excel knowledge is a must β’ Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment β’ You should have an efficient home office setup (external monitor and dedicated desk) Benefits β’ Unlimited PTO β’ 401(K) match β’ Healthcare benefits β’ One Medical membership Company Overview β’ Early June designs digital tools that support healthcare therapy organizations and their care processes.
