Senior ServiceNow Developer to join their Digital Modernization Division. The role involves leading the technical implementation of ServiceNow for government clients, helping them plan, manage, and execute complex digital transformation programs. Responsibilities β€’ Solution Configuration: Work closely with Solutions Architects, Project Managers, and Business Analysts to understand the functional requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow configurations.

Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules to align with clients' needs and industry best practices. β€’ Technical Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions. This includes setting up workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and automation to ensure smooth and efficient operation. β€’ Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations to validate functionality, data integrity, and user experience. Address any issues and perform necessary adjustments to ensure the solution meets the desired outcomes.

β€’ Integration Management: Assist in the integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless end-to-end processes. β€’ User Training and Documentation: Provide end-user training to ensure a smooth adoption of the implemented solution. Create detailed documentation of the configuration and customization for future reference. β€’ Incident and Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations. Collaborate with support teams to provide timely resolution to incidents and problems.

β€’ Security and Compliance: Adhere to security best practices and ensure that implemented solutions meet relevant compliance requirements. β€’ Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices to enhance the quality of implementations and maintain expertise in the platform. β€’ Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with project managers, other implementation specialists, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination and effective communication.

Must be engaging, able to handle client-facing calls to assist end-users with ServiceNow-related issues. Skills β€’ 4+ years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform. β€’ 4+ years of IT application system experience in technology solution delivery. β€’ 4+ years of experience with platform customization in relevant delivery platforms. β€’ 4+ years of experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog, and custom-scoped apps. β€’ 3+ years’ experience working and developing with JavaScript - HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS.

β€’ 1+ years’ experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology. β€’ US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position). β€’ Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. β€’ MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply. β€’ Knowledge of ITSM, Service Portal, and custom-scoped apps. β€’ Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
