Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development to enhance skills and knowledge. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within designated deadlines. Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project completion.
Document and maintain software development processes and procedures. Provide technical support and assistance to clients during and after software implementation. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote and showcase the capabilities of DXC Technology's Ingenium software. Proactively identify and suggest improvements to software development processes and procedures. Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior software developers on the team.
