Senior System Administrator to tackle complex infrastructure challenges and guide clients through technology transformations. This hands-on role involves leading projects, resolving critical issues, and mentoring junior technicians to ensure robust and secure IT environments. Responsibilities • Administer and support bolthires 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory • Own Tier 3+ escalations, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues • Enhance security posture across client environments, including EDR/XDR/MDR and SIEM Skills • 5+ years of experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment • Expert-level knowledge of bolthires 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Active Directory • Strong networking background with a security-first mindset and excellent troubleshooting skills Company Overview • Ok, I'll go first.
