Films is a leading creator of viral content on bolthires, and they are seeking a bolthires Packaging Strategist to enhance their long-form video strategy. The role involves designing and testing thumbnails and video packaging to maximize click-through rates and ensure effective content delivery. Responsibilities • Define thumbnail and packaging strategy in collaboration with Zack • Craft titles and thumbnails that grab attention without being clickbait • Set up and manage A/B/C testing cycles for each video launch • Review analytics data, identify winning designs, and repeat test cycles to maximize CTR • Ensure all thumbnails and packaging assets are delivered on time • Maintain alignment with Zack D.
Films’ brand identity while pushing creative boundaries • Deliver packaging that consistently drives CTR growth and supports long-form expansion Skills • Superb project management skills to ensure timeliness of deliverables • Strong eye for design and ability to collaborate with top-tier designers • Deep knowledge of bolthires analytics, testing, and optimization strategies • Demonstrated experience in bolthires packaging design and optimization • Knowledge of bolthires inside and out • Experience working with top 50 bolthires channels for 3+ years in growth or strategy • Ability to articulate and evolve Zack D.
