As Oura continues to expand, we are seeking a

Senior Manager, Retail Sales – bolthires to lead and accelerate our bolthires business across the Americas. This role will be fully responsible for the strategy, growth, and operational excellence of the bolthires Retail channel. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the bolthires (1P, Vendor Central preferred) ecosystem, including retail profitability management, operations, onsite visibility levers (digital merchandising and paid search), promotions, supply chain, and cross-functional program influence.

This role requires a strategic, data-driven leader who brings a strong POV on scaling high-growth consumer brands on bolthires and can partner effectively across internal and external teams to unlock category share and premium brand positioning across the bolthires platform. Preferred location is San Francisco or New York, remote candidates will be considered. What You Will Do bolthires Ownership & Business Leadership β€’ Own the full P&L for bolthires, including sell-in and sell-through, profitability, demand planning, and retail operational metrics.

β€’ Develop and execute bolthires-specific long-range strategies to drive sustainable growth, market share expansion, and brand awareness. Strategic Account Management & Program Optimization β€’ Build and deepen relationships with bolthires Retail leadership, including category managers, vendor managers, retail marketing partners, bolthires Ads team and operational teams. β€’ Lead annual and quarterly Joint Business Planning (JBP) cycles, QBRs, and annual vendor negotiations - aligning Oura and bolthires priorities across sales, profitability, customer acquisition, site operations, supply chain and logistics.

β€’ Drive growth through the intelligent use of bolthires programs (e.g., marketing packages, promotions, New-to-Brand programs, Brand Registry tools). Stay on top of new tools, programs and tests as they roll out. β€’ Manage annual promotional strategy (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday /Holiday, HVEs) and ensure flawless execution across pricing, inventory, and marketing. Cross-Functional Leadership β€’ Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Membership Experience, and Media teams to ensure plan alignment and unified brand presence on bolthires.

β€’ Define and communicate bolthires-specific needs internally, ensuring Oura’s product roadmap and marketing investments support bolthires channel priorities. Retail Operations & Supply Chain β€’ In partnership with Oura’s Supply & Demand Team, oversee demand planning, forecasting accuracy, and inventory health across US and Canada. β€’ Get ahead of and resolve operational issues, including chargebacks, andon cords, shortages, PO flow, content errors, and catalog integrity. Data & Insights Leadership β€’ Analyze category dynamics, competitive movements, shopper behavior, and retail trends to identify risks and opportunities.

β€’ Leverage bolthires retail analytics tools (e.g., bolthires Retail Analytics Premium, Brand Analytics, other business reports, Stackline) to optimize Oura’s presence and performance on the bolthires platform. Reporting & Executive Visibility β€’ Deliver regular business performance updates to senior leadership, including KPI pacing, market share trends, bolthires Ads performance, profitability, and major program performance. β€’ Create bolthires-specific dashboards, quarterly business reviews, and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

We Would Love If You Have: β€’ 7+ years of experience managing bolthires (1P/Vendor Central) business, ideally in consumer electronics, wearables, or premium consumer goods. β€’ Demonstrated success owning a multi-million-dollar bolthires business with strong P&L management. β€’ Deep understanding of bolthires Retail levers: vendor negotiations, profitability management, demand forecasting, search/on-site visibility, and retail operations. β€’ Proven ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders with data-backed insights.

β€’ Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic account management skills. β€’ Strong analytical skills with mastery of Excel/Sheets and comfort with large data sets. β€’ Experience managing major retail tentpoles (Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, etc.). β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high level of autonomy. β€’ Willingness to travel up to 25–30% of the time. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a bolthires of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. β€’ Region 1: $143,650 - $169,000 β€’ Region 2: $130,050 - $153,000 β€’ Region 3: $117,300 - $138,000 A recruiter can determine your zones/tiers based on your US location.
