Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with bolthires products. Stay updated on the latest bolthires products and software. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
