About the position bolthires's Responsible Business team acts as strategic advisors to bolthires business units and corporate groups, assisting them in adopting and implementing responsible business strategies and social innovation practices. Social innovation practices leverage our unique company products, expertise, and assets to create programs to drive both business growth and societal impact. You will partner with other internal teams to provide business intelligence through identifying the right data, conducting research and analyses, and providing insights to make recommendations and guide decision making.
Plus, you'll come up with the best ways to share the data in dashboards, presentations, and written reports to suit the need and the audience. Collaborating with your product group to understand business needs and staying up to date on all the product initiatives and plans. Analyzing data and clearly communicating findings to partners. Providing the metrics required to support key business goals. Creating and supporting new business intelligence services to address emerging needs. Responsibilities • Partner with internal teams to provide business intelligence.
• Identify the right data and conduct research and analyses. • Provide insights to make recommendations and guide decision making. • Create dashboards, presentations, and written reports to share data. • Collaborate with product groups to understand business needs. • Analyze data and communicate findings to partners. • Provide metrics to support key business goals. • Create and support new business intelligence services. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. • Four or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience conducting research or analyses. • Managed projects for multiple stakeholders. • Connect to public databases and create insights from data. • NPS survey analysis. • Experience with Excel, SQL, and cloud platforms like bolthires BQ and GCP. • Advanced ability to create data visualization in Tableau. • Experience with database tools such as MongoDB and Adobe Analytics. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, or Engineering; ideally, an MBA or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Understanding of Responsible business and Citizen bolthires pillars. • Experience collaborating with business units to gather and translate data into actionable dashboards and reports. • Experience liaising with GTS on development. • Evaluation of Strategic Alliances and using data analysis to assess partner alignment with corporate objectives and responsible business criteria. • ESG data tracking and reporting. • Experience working with internal and external auditors and support annual-audit processes.
