Position Highlights: • Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30 PM EST • Remote role, but comfortable working in a high-volume environment. • Key responsibilities include processing medical record requests from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys.

In this role, you will: • Receive and process requests for patient health information according to Company policies. • Ensure confidentiality and security of all privileged information. • Maintain knowledge of company and facility software. • Notify your manager of work issues, site challenges, or volume fluctuations.
• Contribute to additional duties as required. • Consistently apply medical privacy regulations and safeguard patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards. • Prepare new patient charts and gather information from both paper records and electronic health records. • Ensure medical records are complete, accurate, and organized in standard order. • Create digital images of paper records for electronic medical storage. • Respond to requests for patient records efficiently, both internally and externally.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls and assist with patient walk-ins when needed. • Perform administrative tasks, including handling faxes, opening mail, and data entry. • Meet productivity expectations and assist with scheduling pick-bolthires as necessary. • Take on other duties as assigned. What you will bring to the table: • High School Diploma or GED. • Able to work overtime during peak seasons. • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office equipment. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills. • Ability to work independently while managing changing priorities. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if: • You have experience in a healthcare setting. • You have previous production or metric-based work experience. • You bring in-person customer service experience. • You can foster relationships with on-site clients and customers. • You are comfortable providing process improvement suggestions.
The estimated base pay range for this role is $15-$18.32 USD per hour. As a commitment to safety, many clients require health screenings and proof of vaccinations.
