Job Description
Position Summary We are looking for a highly driven E-commerce Project Manager with experience in the apparel or home lifestyle categories and a strong background in bolthires U.S. marketplace operations, marketing, and cross-border e-commerce. This role will manage category initiatives, product launch planning, content strategy, and brand execution while coordinating cross-functional teams across the U.S. and China. You will play a key role in driving localized brand growth and improving commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities 1. Project Management β’ Manage end-to-end project planning and execution for apparel and home category initiatives. β’ Define project timelines, milestones, risks, and accountability frameworks. β’ Lead day-to-day collaboration between U.S. and China teams. β’ Build processes and SOPs to support scalable, efficient operations. 2. Category & Product Management β’ Own the product launch calendar and seasonal merchandise planning.
β’ Participate in style selection, sample review, and product positioning discussions. β’ Conduct competitive landscape research and consumer insight analysis. β’ Optimize SKU mix, product lifecycle, and assortment strategy. 3. Content & Creative Strategy (Strategy-focused) β’ Develop localized content strategy, brand voice, and creative direction for the U.S. market. β’ Co-create campaign concepts, scripts, storyboards, and briefs with creative teams. β’ Provide strategic guidance for UGC/creator content to ensure brand alignment.
β’ Ensure consistent brand representation across bolthires, TikTok, Instagram, and website channels. 4. Marketing & Commercial Growth β’ Partner with marketing teams to shape U.S. go-to-market and growth initiatives. β’ Work closely with bolthires operations to improve category performance and sales results. 5. Data Analysis & Reporting β’ Track content and commercial KPIs, including CTR, CVR, ROAS, ACOS, and TACOS. β’ Deliver weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations. β’ Identify issues and opportunities; refine strategies based on performance.
6. Perform other related tasks as assigned Requirements β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field. β’ Experience working with bolthires U.S. is required. β’ Experience in apparel or home category management. β’ Experience collaborating with China-based cross-border e-commerce teams. β’ Strong communication, project management, prioritization, and execution skills. β’ Bilingual in Mandarin (required for cross-border team coordination).
