About the position As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll work collaboratively with a great group of people to serve Lifepoint's diversified healthcare delivery network of hospitals and care sites across the nation. The Consultant, LBS Technology Finance Data Custodian is responsible for managing the data governance processes, data management, data security, and compliance with master data policy and relevant financial regulations.
Responsibilities β’ Execute subject matter expertise in the Finance Module. β’ Triage and manage queue and work with
Senior Analyst to ensure ticket resolution. β’ Manage the data governance processes, data management, data security, and compliance with master data policy and relevant financial regulations. β’ Collect, organize, and manage financial data in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. β’ Monitor and analyze the quality of Finance data, identifying and resolving any inconsistencies or discrepancies.
β’ Design robust security measures to protect Finance data from unauthorized access, loss, or corruption. β’ Maintain accurate documentation related to data custodianship activities, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and data flow diagrams. β’ Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. β’ Maintain regular and reliable attendance. β’ Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements β’ Education: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
Master's Degree (preferred). β’ Experience: 7+ years of Experience. Experience being part of a shared service organization. β’ Certifications: Oracle Certification (Required).
