Fresher Jobs is seeking highly experienced Freelance Product Manager Consultants to support organizations on short-term, high-impact product initiatives. This role is designed for product leaders who can quickly assess business needs, define product strategy, and deliver measurable outcomes within a limited engagement period. As a Product Manager Consultant, you will work closely with founders, leadership teams, engineering, design, and marketing stakeholders to guide product direction, improve execution, and accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities • Assess existing products, roadmaps, and business objectives • Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics for short-term engagements • Create and prioritize product roadmaps, backlogs, and feature requirements • Lead discovery, requirement gathering, and stakeholder alignment sessions • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery • Translate business goals into clear product requirements and user stories • Monitor product performance and recommend data-driven improvements • Present findings, recommendations, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications • Strong product management and consulting expertise • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills in English • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority • Experience with agile, scrum, or lean product development methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to quickly adapt to new industries, products, and team environments • Comfortable working independently in a remote, results-driven setting Experience • 5+ years of professional product management experience required • Prior experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Consultant • Experience in short-term consulting, advisory roles, or contract engagements preferred • Background in technology, SaaS, digital products, or platform-based businesses is an advantage
