We're Pragmatico, a fast-growing AI consultancy. We need an experienced HubSpot consultant to build our sales operations foundation from scratch. What we need: A complete HubSpot CRM implementation supporting our referral-driven, consultative sales process - from lead capture through project delivery and billing. Key integrations include PandaDoc, QuickBooks, Stripe, Asana/Productive, and Slack. We've created a detailed requirements document (attached) that outlines exactly what we need. We put serious thought into this, so please read it carefully.
