  • NZ IP Legal Writer Needed — Final Written Submission for Trademark Revocation Case* I am seeking someone with specific experience drafting written submissions for the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand (IPO NZ). I have a pending revocation for non-use case. My response has been filed, and the opponent has submitted their evidence. I now need a final written submission addressing the legal and factual issues, particularly the three-year non-use requirement under the Trade Marks Act 2002 (NZ).
