Talent Focus Executive Search and Consulting is seeking a dynamic Employment Litigation Associate to join their growing litigation practice group. The role involves providing strategic legal counsel to clients and managing litigation strategies, all within a fully remote environment with required travel for trials. Responsibilities • Deliver strategic counsel on employment transition planning, regulatory interactions, investor complaints, and business partner disputes • Manage and execute litigation strategies from pre-dispute counseling through trial • Draft and review high-quality legal documents, motions, and pleadings • Navigate multiple deadlines with precision and professionalism • Develop and maintain trusted client relationships built on responsiveness and reliability Skills • 3-10 years of litigation experience, with expertise in post-employment restrictive covenants and trade secrets • Trial experience, either as first or second chair • Juris Doctor from a top-100 law school, admitted and in good standing in at least one U.S.
