Job Description

We are seeking an experienced M&A advisor, deal broker, or strategic business development professional to help market and sell a near-launch mobile app business in the vertical short-form scripted video space. This project is confidential. Please do not request or disclose the company name publicly. The business is a fully built mobile platform, approximately 99% complete, designed for iOS and Android app stores. Backend infrastructure, systems, and operational setup are in place. Final pre-launch steps are minimal.

There is no meaningful user base yet, so the value is in speed to market, completed technology, brand assets, and readiness to operate immediately. We are looking for someone who has personally closed transactions involving startups, apps, SaaS products, or digital media businesses, ideally in the $100k to $500k range. You should have direct access to potential buyers or acquirers, such as tech operators, strategic buyers, media or content companies, studios, IP holders, or investor-backed buyers who can move quickly.

Your role will include advising on deal structure, positioning the business for sale, creating a confidential buyer brief or teaser, identifying and reaching out to qualified buyers, managing early buyer conversations, and helping push the process toward a serious offer or letter of intent. We will participate in key calls and decisions. This is not a research-only role and not an hourly consulting engagement. We are not looking for analysts, deck-only consultants, or people without real deal experience.

Confidentiality, professionalism, and the ability to demonstrate prior closed deals are required. The project is posted as a fixed-price engagement for initial evaluation and deal setup. Final structure and next steps will be discussed privately after initial screening, NDA execution, and a short video call to confirm fit and experience.
