More information is available at www.videolabsinc.com THE POSITION VideoLabs is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Consultant to lead and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that elevate our brand, generate acquisition leads, and support business development objectives across the IP, legal, and investment ecosystems.
This role is pivotal in refining our brand, enhancing digital presence, optimizing communications, and ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and company growth goals for 2025 and beyond. The Consultant will work closely with the executive team to refine messaging, enhance online presence, drive PR and social strategies, and support relationship-building across key stakeholder groups such as law firms, investors, brokers, and patent owners. Responsibilities Strategic Marketing and Brand Development • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing program that supports patent licensing, acquisitions, and business development.
• Elevate the company brand within the intellectual property space using a robust mix of digital, inbound, and outbound marketing. • Improve overall brand positioning and ensure messaging is consistent across all channels. • Drive measurable increases in brand awareness, website traffic, and engagement across key channels. • Develop high quality, compelling PowerPoint presentations and business proposals in support of company marketing and business development activities. Digital Marketing & Content Strategy • Build and implement a social media and public relations strategy aligned with company goals.
• Develop and maintain high-quality marketing materials, including a dynamic company pitch deck tailored to different audiences (i.e. investors, customers, partners, patent owners). • Manage the corporate website: maintain up-to-date content, improve structure and usability, and ensure alignment with brand messaging. • Boost digital presence, increasing both website and LinkedIn engagement (visitors, connections, followers, content consumption rates). • Regularly refresh brand assets, templates, and style guides to reflect a cohesive visual and editorial identity.
Business Development, Outreach, and Networking • Expand direct business development by targeting companies, patent owners, and partners willing to transact or license, using both outbound efforts and referrals. • Develop a comprehensive outreach and influencer-list strategy to amplify VideoLabs’ messaging and support licensing and acquisition goals. • Assist in the coordination and messaging of outbound relationship-building efforts, including referral generation and network growth. • Identify and recommend relevant conferences, events, and speaking opportunities for team participation.
• Support team members in preparing compelling, audience-specific presentations for industry forums. QUALIFICATIONs • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing, ideally within legal, IP, or technology sectors • Demonstrated ability to build and lead integrated marketing programs (content, digital, PR, events). • Expertise in bolthires PowerPoint and other Office365 applications. • Strong copywriting and messaging skills for executive audiences and technical topics. • Experience developing pitch decks, brand collateral, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience working with law firms, investors, brokers, or IP professionals. • Experience with event marketing, conference coordination, or securing speaking opportunities. • A self-starter who can operate independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Apply tot his job
