The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Patriot Holdings International is a Service-Disabled Veteran–Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing national facility management services. They are seeking a Facility Management Procurement Specialist to source and onboard technicians and vendors nationwide, ensuring reliable coverage across all trades. Responsibilities • Source and onboard field technicians and subcontractors/vendors across multiple trades nationwide • Fill coverage gaps quickly—including urgent same-day/next-day sourcing when operations needs immediate help • Build depth per market: not 'one option,' but multiple qualified options per trade and region • Focus heavily on hard markets (rural areas, low-coverage regions, union-heavy zones, remote locations) • Pre-qualify vendors/techs and maintain documentation (W-9, insurance/COI, licensing, safety requirements, references, service area) • Negotiate rate cards and pricing structures (trip charges, hourly rates, minimums, standard scopes) to support both competitiveness and margin • Maintain a clean, searchable vendor/tech database with coverage notes, performance notes, and pricing • Partner with Ops and Sales to support new account rollouts and confirm national coverage Skills • 3+ years in FM vendor sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or similar national/multi-site environment • An existing network of technicians/vendors across multiple markets and trades (you already know who to call) • Proven ability to source coverage urgently and under pressure • Demonstrated experience sourcing in hard markets and building reliable coverage where others struggle • Comfort sourcing across a national footprint (multi-state and multi-trade) • Strong communication skills and follow-through; you can qualify vendors quickly and keep the pipeline organized • Experience with FM/CMMS platforms (ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Fexa, Big Sky, etc.) • Rate negotiation and standardized scope experience • Any exposure to government or public-sector FM requirements Benefits • Health • PTO eligibility after 90 days Company Overview • It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
