I need a New York–licensed real estate attorney to assist with the quick transfer of my residential land into an LLC (Juntero Estates Nyack LLC). This is a straightforward deed preparation and recording project, but I need it completed as soon as possible. This involves preparing all required New York State forms, ensuring compliance, and submitting the deed for recording with the Rockland County Clerk (ideally via eRecording). This is a short project for an experienced NY real estate attorney. ⭐
Responsibilities: Prepare a Bargain & Sale Deed with Covenant transferring property from individual to LLC Prepare and complete required NYS transfer tax documents (TP-584, RP-5217 or RP-5217-PDF) Verify LLC documents (Articles/Operating Agreement/EIN) Advise on structure for smooth transfer and liability protection Submit deed package for recording (eRecording preferred) to Rockland County Clerk Ensure all documents are properly executed and notarized Confirm recording status and provide final recorded deed ⭐ Requirements: Licensed attorney in New York Experience with deed transfers, LLC conveyances, and NYS transfer tax forms Familiarity with Rockland County Clerk procedures strongly preferred Ability to turn documents around quickly (within 24–72 hours) Strong attention to detail to avoid rejection by county clerk Experience with residential property conveyances and LLC transfers ⭐ Deliverables: Drafted deed + transfer tax forms Recording package ready for signature Filing with county clerk Confirmation of recorded deed + copies Short memo confirming any tax or legal implications ⭐ Additional Information: Property is located in Nyack, New York (Rockland County) Deed transfer is internal (from individual owner to wholly owned LLC) No mortgage involved Transfer is for asset protection purposes—no sale or consideration All LLC documents can be provided immediately Apply tot his job
