We're on the lookout for an outgoing individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative! As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a crucial role in crafting exceptional travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients worldwide.
Roles ... Responsibilities:
Ā Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries catering to client preferences
Ā Review individual needs and wants to tailor trips specifically designed to meet their requirements
Ā Participate in ongoing training to earn and maintain travel certification
Ā Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations
Ā Act as an ambassador for our brand and collaborate with team members
Ā Provide suggested budgets for clients and plan trips within budget constraints
Ā Create promotional materials for effective marketing
Ā Stay updated on changes within the tourism industry, including travel restrictions
Ā Promptly respond to all travel inquiries and effectively manage time when researching trips
Ā Handle issues that may arise during bookings or travel for clients
Ā Maintain up-to-date information within our software
Ā Network with tour operators for potential package offerings to clients
Ā Participate in Familiarization (FAM) trips when possible
Requirements:
Ā Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
Ā Fluency in English is required
Ā Effective communication skills with a strong sales background as a plus
Ā Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory
Ā Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Ā Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
